The BlackBox XT4 Low-Profile Terrestrial Enclosure (48x24x18) is designed for keepers who want the same floor space as our standard 4x2x2 enclosure, but with a shorter profile. This is ideal for ground-dwelling reptiles that don’t climb much or require vertical height—such as ball pythons, skinks, hognose snakes, or tortoises.
Built from durable ½″ black or white PVC, this model features full dado construction and flush mount routing for clean, easy assembly and a professional finish. The top panel is precision routed to fit your selected heat and lighting accessories, including radiant heat panels, dome fixtures, UVB, and grow lights—no cutting, no guesswork.
Each enclosure is manufactured and fully assembled in our Georgia shop for quality control, ensuring all parts align perfectly. It ships flat-packed to protect your enclosure during transit. Assembly is simple—even for first-time keepers—thanks to clearly labeled parts and step-by-step instructions.
